Select an Industry and prepare a report on the roles of employer, employees and government bodies in that industry in terms of policy framing and maintaining workplace relationships. Relevant newspaper/magazine articles can be used to display in the file.
Prepare a Digital Chart on Grievance redressal procedure / phases in collective bargaining agreement
Case study analysis on Workers participation in management
Prepare a file on highlighting the major provisions of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 / the Trade Union Act, 1926
Create a chart highlighting major provisions and amendments of Factories Act / Equal Remuneration Act, for employer and employee.
