CO 268: Analyze the time needed to successfully complete a project, considering factors such as task dependencies and task lengths. CO 269: Understand the Importance of applying these methodologies and tools at the four distinct stages in the Project’s life cycle. CO 270: Identify and analyze factors for successful Projects, as well as reasons for failure based on specific case studies.
