On completion of this course, the students will be able to; CO 154. Analyse and evaluate the importance of ethics and corporate governance in the day-to-day working of organizations · CO 155. Develop and evaluate a framework for effective corporate governance by understanding the role and responsibility of different stakeholders. CO 156. Examine and distinguish the scope of business ethics in Compliance, finance, Human resources, marketing, production. CO 157. Examine the importance of ethics and corporate governance in the day-to-day working of organizations. CO 158 Analyse and evaluate the issues involved in maintaining ethics/ corporate governance and how to deal with such situations. CO 159. Analyse various Indian and Global scenarios associated with business ethics and corporate governance. |

Managerial Ethics: Categories of management morality, Ethical Problems-Dilemma at Work-Sources, Resolutions, Corporate Ethical Leadership, Whistle Blowing
