CO80B: Develop a holistic understanding of components, theories, and factors influencing learning and perception.

CO81B:  Assess the impact of Motivation on individual behavior and organizational performance.

CO82B:  Evaluate the different theories of leadership and the concept of organizational power along with its strategic application

CO83B: Assess the concept of stress and its causes, alongside examining the consequences of conflict, with a focus on effective conflict management techniques

Personality: Meaning, Determinants of personality, personality development theories- Psychoanalytic theory, Trait theory, Self theory.

Concept, Nature, Components, factors affecting learning, Theories of learning-Conditioning theory, Cognitive learning1 theory, Social learning theory, Reinforcement and its application n in behaviour modification.

Perception: Nature, Importance, difference between sensation and perception, perceptual process perceptual selectivity, perceptual organization

Concept, Primary and secondary motives, Financial and Non-Financial Motives. Theories of motivation: Maslow’s Need hierarchy theory, Herzberg’s Motivation Hygiene theory, Vroom's Expectancy theory, Equity theory of work motivation. Alderfer’s ERG theory
