CO 353: Understand the EPRG orientation. CO 354: Understand the concept of expatriate and repatriate in multinational organizations. CO 355: Demonstrate the recruitment and selection in multinational set up as well as cross cultural training. CO 356: Explain the nature and methods of performance appraisal. CO 357: Understand the concept of workforce diversity in the organization and its utility. CO 358: Explain the concept and importance of industrial relations as well as the growth of industrial relations in multi-national organisations. |
