2. This subject describes the pattern of final accounts of the company.

3. Provides the knowledge of issue of shares and issue of debentures etc.

CO 174: This subject describes the pattern of final accounts of the company.

CO 175:  It provides the knowledge of issue of shares and issue of debentures etc.

CO 176: It also provides the methods of valuation of goodwill and shares.

CO 177: This subject also differentiate profit and loss prior period to incorporation and post incorporation.

CO 178: To have a comprehensive understanding of the advanced issues in accounting for assets, liabilities and owner’s equity.

CO 179: Understand the treatment regarding issue of bonus shares and treatment of prior period profits.
