CO 82: Describe various production processes and their impact on efficiency and quality

CO 83: Assess the impact of demand forecasting on production planning

CO 84: Evaluate different Inventory Control Systems such as Just in Time (JIT) for their effectiveness in Material Management.

CO 85: Use motion study methods to analyse and improve work processes and work efficiency.

CO 86: Compare the impact of different quality management methodologies such as TQM and Six Sigma on operations performance and decision making.

Capacity Management, Aggregate Planning, Scheduling, Material Handling, Concept of JIT.

Work Study Management:

Work Study, Motion study, Method Study, Work Measurement, Work Sampling, Maintenance Management including replacement problems.
